As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I provide a supportive space for adults, children, adolescents, and families to address their mental health concerns. In our sessions, I offer personalized attention, guiding you through relational therapy tailored to your unique life experiences. Together, we'll explore the challenges you face and celebrate the growth that comes from embracing change and healing.
I understand that starting therapy can bring up many questions. That's why I've compiled the most common inquiries about my services, what you can expect during our sessions, and how to prepare for our meetings, whether in-person or online. Your clarity and comfort are my priorities, and I am always here to provide further information should you need it.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions to understand your history, concerns, and goals. This is also a chance for you to ask me any questions you may have. It's a foundation-laying session where we begin to build our therapeutic relationship and map out our journey ahead.
Telehealth sessions are conducted similarly to in-person therapy, but through a secure online platform that ensures privacy and confidentiality. You will need a private space, a good internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. I will provide you with all the instructions to connect to our scheduled sessions easily.
Typically, sessions last 50 minutes. The frequency of sessions will depend on your unique needs and goals, which we will discuss during our initial consultation. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others may meet with me more or less frequently.
